Leadership
Christine Poleski Gaona leads the firm and places attorneys and healthcare professionals into positions at corporations, educational institutions, governments, law firms and medical facilities for national and international clients. Christine earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in law from the University of Wisconsin Law School and she earned her bachelor of arts (B.A.) in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Christine’s national experience in the fields of law, business, and higher education adds great value and is an asset to her clients and colleagues.
After law school Christine had an extensive career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she served as an Assistant Dean in the College of Letters and Science. After leaving the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010, Christine moved to Houston to work for Saudi Arabian Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), one of the largest petro-chemical companies worldwide. In 2014 Christine founded Oakstone Human Capital, LLC. She currently serves as the President of Region XII (Arizona, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Texas) for the Hispanic National Bar Association. She is active in both local and international bar associations and enjoys international travel and spending time with her family.
